Your mission

  • You assemble our individually configured bikes - with attention to detail, technical expertise and real bike savvy.
  • You put new bikes through their paces, carry out repairs and ensure that every bike leaves our workshop in top condition. 
  • You build wheels that roll like Swiss clockwork - precise, reliable and a perfect fit. 
  • The final quality and safety check - you make sure that our bikes are really ready for the trails of this world.
  • You play an active role in shaping everyday workshop life - whether it's optimising workflows, organising the team or further developing our processes.

Your profile

  • You have completed training as a bicycle mechanic or have a comparable qualification - or are a talented career changer with a real passion for mechanics.
  • You are familiar with MTBs, e-bikes and bike components - ideally even with high-end products.
  • You are precise, reliable and quality-conscious - even when things have to be done quickly.
  • You are a real team player who likes to lend a hand and feels comfortable in a sporty, dynamic environment.
  • You have technical understanding, a structured way of working and a good dose of hands-on mentality. 
  • Ideally, you have some experience in assembly, repair or wheel building - this is not a must, we will teach you a thing or two.
  • Passionate about bikes? - A huge plus - at our company (almost) everything revolves around bikes.
